Can you post you CH 53 mod here so I can take a look at it.
I haven't been able to reproduce this today. If I can't make more headway then what I will do is give you a new version with more debug info so when it happens we can try and capture more of what is going on.

Oh one more thing, does this happen when you play a small map or only when you play an XL map?

There is a new 1.6 here http://www.metalshard.com/files/pw16.exe if you are having this problem download that version and see if it fixes it. If you experience the problem again email me the mtrace file it will have more information in it.

i am using small maps. just to get a quick game in during the day. also i did download 1.6 earlier this week to test. this is the mod you should have it from the earlier infor i sent. i also included the pwu file. 1.6 results was my last post here.

here is my report over the past week of testing 1.61. over ten games have been played on various size fields. with mtrace on i have been watching for a lack of a better term. the cache max is 130192 i believe and player used. the game will crash if at the the beginng of the ai player side, if the cache is at about 129590. i believe what is happening is there is no way for the ai to run scripes or moves and this makes the crash. however, if the human player ends his turn close to the high side of the cache the program will dump the cache and start over with room for the ai to play. is there a way to dump the cache half way to the max on the human end turn. to allow the ai to use as much cache to make it's moves and build orders and so on.
here is my last mtrace and saved game. you will see the errors towards the end of the mtrace.

What you are watching is the garbage collector run in javascript. Javascript has a cap on the amount of memory it uses and it will work its way up to that cap. When it gets "close" it will then garbage collect. Yours isnt garbabe collecting for some reason and I can't figure out why mine is, and yours isn't. What I will do is simple force the garbage collector to run more often. This will slow things down a little bit but hopefully will knock this problem out. Once I get a 1.62 out there I will let you know and you can get it and see if it finally solves this issue for you.
