Subject - my v1.58 is crashing on pc and ppc could it be one of the mods

you have a mod called LHA I need that and any other custom mods you have built to load the saved game.

By the way are there any old school gamers out there, that has asked you for a way to use military symbols instead of unit markers. it just came to me, however the game would have to allow you to design your units from the ground up. no preloaded units. a game around that setup would allow you to brake down to platoon level or go larger. just an idea.

I think I have a fix for this I am testing it now. Also, along the way I found a way to speed up the game where there are a lot of enemy units. I am going to try and add in some AI changes while I am at it then I will send out a 1.6.

Also when you try it let me know if it seems faster to you.

Is this an open beta or just a test-fix beta?

Its just a new release feel free to download it. If it checks out ok I will replace the official download with it. I didn't do a big announcement because there wasn't any real new features added just a couple bug fixes and performance updates.
