I don't even get to the opening screen of PW - I'm just left at my 'Today' screen (I never see ANY PW screen).

Can you send me the mtrace.txt file. That should at least show me how far it is getting.

open up your pocketwar.set file in a text editor and set number 28 from 0 to 1. Then run pocket war again and send me the mtrace.txt file. (It will have even more information this time)

I think I figured it out. (Maybe I missed mention of this before...) I noticed that the pocketwar\scripts directory already had all of the mods that I had added before (which had already been in the MODS directory, but weren't removed with my uninstall). So, I removed all of the old scripts from the MODS directory and I was able to get in, generate another code for the PPC, and now I'm in!

Just a couple of issues with the latest beta. It doesn't appear that the mods are working with the new beta. I started a game last night with all the available mods installed except the Gate mod, and none of them are showing up in the cities. I have them installed on my SD Card under the install directory\mods and also under install directory\pocketwar\mods. Any ideas here?

Also, I have noticed that my units take some very unusual routes when I select them and send them on a vary far away way point. At one point last night I tried to send my tank to a way point about 20 squares north of where it currently was. If it would have gone just straight north it would have had to go through an unexplored area of the map to get there. Instead, it choose to go way west then North East to go around the unexplored area. This area of the map is now explored I belive and it did not have any mountains or such that would have kept it from going straight north.

I am already looking into the mod problem.

All ground and hover units will path around unknown land because they dont know if what is there will block them. (if there is a path around the unknown land.) Air units take straight line paths because there isnt anything to get in their way.
