Let me make sure I understand. When I bought PocketWar, one large selling point that made me get it and not Argentum or similars is that all future upgrades would be free for PocketWar. Simple enough. Now, AFTER I purchase the software the offer changes? Customer service wise, that doesn't taste very good.

The new offer extended the old one. Rather than just getting free upgrades to 1.0 you now get free upgrades for Pocket War forever. I can't see why that would be a bad thing.

This is a retoactive deal BTW. So if you have already purchased Pocket War you get the new deal as well.

Like I mentioned at the beginning of my post, I may not understand what the new upgrade policy is. Sure enough, I read that wrong. How funny, I bought PocketWar thinking that it already had free future upgrades forever. HAHA. Thanks for the info.

If figured you misunderstood and I just wanted to make everything perfectly clear.
The way things are planned nothing did really change because 1.0 should be the last version of Pocket War. Free upgrades forever is just easier to explain than free upgrades to 1.0 plus bug fix releases later. Plus I am sure as time permits there will still be small changes made to Pocket War even after 1.0.

Please keep in mind that one doesn't "buy" Pocketwar. You only pay for the rights to use the program.
