Tully-
When trying to launch PW (most current version) on my desktop computer, with several mods loaded, I get the following error:
ERROR - IMGMGR -- Could not load mask C:\Program Files\MetalShard\pocketwar/mods/repairdepot/mod-repairdepotmask.png error 0xC8660060
I get the same error for each mod. Any ideas?

check the path and make sure you are instlling the mods into the right subdirectories. Most the mods are hard coded to where they have to be installed and if you put them in the wrong place it wont be able to find the images.
So check your C:\Program Files\MetalShard\pocketwar/mods/ directory and make sure you have a repairdepot subdirectory under that and that in that directory is this file repairdepotmask.png
