Hi Tully
Great game and I'm getting quite hooked on playing it, but I have a small problem with the saves of a game I was in the middle of when I upgraded from 1.05 to 1.08 Whenever I try to load the games, metalshard crashes on my PC (WinXP Pro) or just freezes on my PocketPC. I can start new games and although I had only really just started on a new map it was looking quite interesting.

Ok, there is a problem if you upgrade from something earlier than 1.06 to 1.08. I will be putting out a 1.081 that will fix this problem. I am building it now so it will probably be on the site in about an hour.
Once you get that you will be able to load that 1.05 game.

Thanks for the quick response. It has solved the loading problem, but there does not seem to be any fog of war any more - I can see the whole map!

I just installed the 1.081 and for the main menu when I start the application all I see is for a menu is:
New Map
Load and Save
QUIT
Umm.. What happened to all the other menu options? This happens both on the desktop and the PDA.
