Your big screen doesn't match the minimap... should it? Other than that, it looks great! Let me know if you need a beta tester... (I've been waiting a long time for this!)

Erasing is just going to be foobared in the map editor. There isn't much I can do about it without rewriting large chunks of code. The real problem stems from the fact that the land information is setup to be fractally generated not human generated.
So you can add land to water and then trees to the land but if you try to "erase" the trees by putting land over it things can get messed up. You can clean up the mess it is just a pain.
Basically what I am saying is the map editor is a hack. It will work but it's not gonna be very polite about doing so. :)

It is going to stay a hack. It would take me about a year to write a stand alone app (which would end up have a large amount of pocket war code moved over into it anyway.) But it does run on its own. It is just a modified version of the metalshard game engine.
