Subject - Feature request once more

I know I have asked this many times and as each new version comes out it is never there. Will you please add to the next version a page over and page back scrolling instead of the individual unit scrolling in the engineer and cities? It is a great time saver.

i've got a simple one: how about having the PW window remember it's last GUI position?
