look in your C:\Program Files\MetalShard\PocketWar folder and inside the units folder there is a monster. i've never seen it in the game, how does it work?

Nor have I. I think Tully had an Idea once of having random neutral units wondering the map attacking you. but it never happened. Correct me if Im wrong Tully

Its a leftover back from the days you could combine units to make more complex units. If you combined a bunch of units into one you could get godzilla as a unit.
