Subject - Beta 1 status update

Just a heads up still 18 tasks left to go for beta 1. Probably about a months worth of work. If you have any ideas of other things you would like to see added to the game speak now.

Tully, is there scripting for putting troops (equipment) in garrison for awaiting troops to transport or mass deployment?

no there is not one (that I know of right now) but if I remember correctly it could be done. You would want to build a city script and attach it to your city. That script would catch the "something is near this city" call back and then see if it a transport and if it is set all the units stored in the city to "go to transport" and then kick them out of the city.

Or something along those lines.

Oh BTW I am now down to 14 tasks left to go for beta 1 (but one of those tasks is build the new map / scenerio maker which is going to take a little time)

I also added one more thing I haddent really thought of, the next unit maker will allow you to assign your new unit mod to be built by another unit. It will only work if that other unit can already build things, but what it will let you do add new things that the engineer can build without forcing you to code those by hand.

Still have the problem on my desktop that I have to modify the settings each time I start a game to have full screen.

Only the the full screen setting.
