I just started playing Pocket War and I have a few questions.
1. What is the multi-colored horizontal bar to the right of "Turn XXXX" on the top of the map screen? The amount of red vs. blue changes throughout the game but I haven't been able to figure out what it means.
2. In the "Map" section of the online help at the end of the "Looking at our city" paragraph it says that the purple arrows should take you to the next item of the same type as the item selected. It seems to work for cities but when I highlight a destroyer and click the up or down arrow it takes me to a sea mine. Is this because they are both water units? It seems to me like it should just take me to the next destroyer.
3. I know this has been asked before, but there weren't too many replies - how does the scoring work?
I've played a few different turn-based strategy games for the pocket pc and this is by far the best one. Great work!

1. its how many cities you own vs how many the other players own (with gray being how many are still neutral)
2. by "same type" it means, city, unit, or waypoint. So not a specific type of unit just units in general. If you want a better overview of the units go to the message view and look at the units list there. You can also filter out different types of units (or turn them all off except one type if you want)
3. Its really complex and Im not at a place where I can pull that out of the code and give you a specific number, however I can tell you what I remember off the top of my head... You get points for creating units, capturing cities and killing enemy units. You lose points for getting your units killed, losing cities, and you lose some points each turn.
Continue to post feedback. Work is progressing on 1.5 beta and there are changes you would like to see let us know.
