Subject - V1.56 problems

Skirmish, Difficulty H, Size L, 2 players
Takes 1 minute to save
Takes 1,5 minute to autosave
Used to be much shorter.
Please advice.

Pc-version simply doesnt start up: the screen becomes black a second and I am back on my desktop.

Hey Guy,

Send me the mtrace.txt file in the c:/ directory so I can see how far you are getting. Also send me the save game file from the pocket pc version. I haven't changed anything "save" related so I am surprised by this change.

Are both of these problems 1.56 releated and worked fine in the 1.55?

Tully, here you have a save file from my PPC, this takes 1 min 10 sec to save in V1.55 and V1.56. Autosave takes about 1 min 30 sec.

your laser-unit.js file seems to be a bad mod. Is that something you just built or is it an old mod from a previous release of the game?

Tully, I have been experimenting somehow. About the savegame taking much time: it is only when you start a game from scratch that the saves take long time. When I start a saved game, then the saving goes as normal.
