can someone help me locate a good image editor, so i can make some units up.
so far everytihing i have tried dosn't allow me to work with 18x18 size.
i am wanting to add a LHA to carry helo's and transports to the battle. add inflight refueling for my a/c's, a possible oiler to my navy. i did have a crude pic for a AWCS however i would like something better.

I use a combination of paint (that comes with windows) and photoshop
