Tully- In this latest version (since you had to reset user codes), PW on the PC has developed an annoying scrolling problem...let me see if I can describe it:
1. click on a unit and drag 2. drag to the edge of the screen so that you can scroll to a different section of the map 3. [now here's the annoying part] If you drag to far, the pointer dot actually moves over to the other side of the map altogether, and now you are scrolling in the opposite direction
Did I describe that adequately? I'm surprised nobody else has brought it up...
Also...a suggestion...what about the ability to retool a city...ie after a certain amount of non-production time, you could turn a basic city into an airbase city...
Keep up the good work.

what resolution are you running at?

It happens at both the 640x480 and the 800x600. I haven't tried any other resolutions.

Yeah that is cool! I am running 1024x768... But yeah, if you keep dragging the pointer over in a certain direction, the game scrolls the opposite direction.

I just never noticed this. Its easy to fix. I am working on a patch release for another person, I will get fix in it for this as well.

There is a new version here http://www.metalshard.com/files/pw1602.exe that should fix this issue.
Let me know what the performance is like of this version. I made some changes to the way the javascript engine works and it might have slowed things down, but I am hoping that is offset by other performance gains increases.

This solved the scrolling problem. Thanks Tully. Performance wise...seems the same except for saving/opening files feels like it takes longer.

I have another set of tweaks almost ready to go that should get the save load speed back up to where it was.
