Is there someplace I can go to find more information on creating my own mods?

The best way to get started is to download the mod maker program off the website. That will let you create simple unit mods. The help for that utility is included in the standard pocket war help file or you can see it here http://www.metalshard.com/pocketwar/help/unitmaker.html

If you want to create more advanced mods then you will need to know how to program in javascript. The pocket war mod engine is based on javascript with custom apis available to help drive the internals of our game. You can get some help for that from the script refrence guide also in your pocket war help file or available here http://www.metalshard.com/pocketwar/help/scriptref.html

If you have other questions as you go along you can post them here. There are a couple of people who are pretty good at building mods that scan these forums (as well as myself) from time to time.

Hope that helps.

BTW pocket war itself is a collection of mods on the metalshard game engine. So you look at the source code for pocket war itself on your device. It is stored in MetalShard\PocketWar\scripts. In that directory is the collection of javascript files that make pocket war, pocket war.
