On page 7 of the options information there is a reference of syncing between the PC and PDA. I've been able to copy saved files from the PC to the PCA, but I can't determine how to set up syncrinization. How does that work?

If you have an active sync partnership on the pda then pocket war will automatically place the save game files under they my documents folder, and the desktop version will look there as well. If you go into activesync and turn on file synchronization then activesync will automatically keep the saved game files in sync since they are in the my documents folder.
