Hi what part are you having problems with? A good place to start is here Online Help ( <--- clickable link ) It is for a slightly older version of pocket war but the rules are pretty much the same.

yeah man didnt see that there was instructions available via online(like a big kid wanting to get straight in not reading inst)getting the jist of it now thank you very much for your help:}:}
