I ordered a Qtek 9100 back in Aug and it still has not shipped. So I tried to get a shipping date for it and after two weeks haven't been able to get a response from them, so finally I called the credit card company and had them do a charge back.
First, they shouldn't charge your credit card when you order a device they should do it when the device ships.
Second, they shouldn't say that they have received stock if they know you are not going to get a device.
Third, if someone sends you email or opens support tickets you should probably think about responding. Especially if you have been sitting on an order for over two
In all fairness they probably just didn't have enough stock and can't get more and if they had responded to my emails and said that I would have been very understanding, but the combination of charging me early and then not talking to me, makes me think fraud, so I though I should warn people here.
I tried posting this on their message boards, and though they don't have time to answer my email or support tickets they do seem to have time to filter out bad messages posted on their messages boards.
BTW, this is holding up the next release of pocket war since that is the windows mobile 5 device I was planning on testing with.
