Subject - Too many armies on map

This is the message I get "Too many armies on map" then the game shuts down, is this a bug, or by design?

WOW! It is by design. That means you have maxed out the internal data structures of the game. It simply cant handle any more armies. When I get a chance to look at the code I can tell you what that number is. I thought it was a fairly large number.

In the latest version of pocket war you will get that message if you (plus the AIs) have more than 8000 live armies on the map.
