Does Pocket War compatible with microsoft mobile 5.0 version pocketpc and whether it support VGA 4" hx4700x series pocketpc.

Yes, it should work with any WM5 device.

Problem is that when running the 1.711 version on the hp iPAQ hx4700 series pocketpc 4" VGA with mobile 5.0, starting part before the actual game play, there is a lot of jerky sound on the music being play seems like the music hangs (keep on repeating).
