I just upgraded to Vista and can't play desktop version anymore. Will there be a fix or am I hosed?

I'm running pocketwar on vista ultimate with no problems.
Spanned across 2x20" screens at 3200x1200.

It kept telling me MGE.EXE had stopped responding whenever I tried it. Right-clicking on the icon and choosing "Run as admnistrator" got it working.
