Subject - WM 6.1 Samsung Saga Screen Refresh Problem

I've loved this game for years but haven't been able to play on my phone when I got a Moto Q. Now I have a Saga and it loads and plays fine, but the screen does not refresh. I have a virtual cursor that I can move across the screen and it refreshes underneath the cursor. So, I click on something and then have to drag the cursor all over the screen to see what happened.

Any suggestions?

I dont have that device so I'm not sure whats going on.

Any way to adjust how the screen refreshes? Or other options I can play with?
