Subject - Screensaver not run when computer is locked

I'm running Windows XP Professional. If i walk away from my computer then PocketWar Screen Saver demo runs fine. If I lock my computer then it never runs. Might have to do with permissions or how the program runs.

Show how secure I am here I never lock my computers, I will take a look at this and find out.
